Austin Stephens’ new apartment…

Austin Stephens decided to move recently and it turned into a huge fiasco. Once he found an apartment he though he liked, he was only shown the property once before signing the lease, and the previous renters still had all their stuff in it. The 1st of the month came and he showed up with all of his stuff to his new place and it was in complete disrepair… Water damage, stinky carpets, rodent droppings… So he called the landlord and the guy rushed over and yelled at Austin for all of his complaints. Austin took all of his stuff to his old apartment and begged his old landlord for another month while he searched for a place he could live with. Well, Austin found that place, and for cheaper than the slum that he almost moved into. I went over to his place with Leo after skating one day and discovered it was worth the wait. Austin now has a nice clean apartment he can call his own, and it only took 3 months to complete his moving process…
