DC’S CHAZ ORTIZ IN PROOF SKATE VIDEO
April 28, 2009—VISTA, CA – DC is proud to support Chaz Ortiz in his first full-length video part in the upcoming skate film PROOF, set to release on DVD, May 1, 2009. An iTunes release will follow on June 15th, featuring exclusive content, not available on DVD.
Since joining the DC am squad in February 2009, the 14-year-old has been filming nonstop for both PROOF and the first-ever DC AM video. In between trips, Chaz impressively placed 3rd among a stacked field at the Tampa Pro in March, and secured an invite to the prestigious Maloof Money Cup event in July.
With his first-ever video part, Chaz joins an impressive roster of skateboarders in PROOF, including Paul Rodriguez, Mike Mo Capaldi, Torey Pudwill, and many others. Active Ride Shops will host a series of PROOF screenings in several of its Southern California locations throughout May 2009.
