Irvine, CA – August 11, 2006: Element Skateboards is pleased to announce the formation of a new multimedia division, Element Audio Visual. Lead by skate film veteran, Kirk Dianda, Element Audio Visual will produce, and distribute branded content from within Element Skateboards.

An innovator and contributor to the history of skateboarding film making, Kirk Dianda was a founder of both 411 Video Magazine and the critically acclaimed ON Video. His long standing record of producing and directing successful skate films put Kirk on the short list of candidates to head this project. Most recently, Kirk served as the Director of DC Films.

In addition to creating a host of projects including a broadcast commercial in support of the X Games, Element Audio Visual will be releasing Elementality Volume Two on September 1, 2006. Following the success of Elementality Volume One, Element Audio Visual has borrowed the name to title a new, branded video magazine. Released twice a year, Elementality is being re-introduced as a video journal that documents the travels, skateboarding, and life of the Element family. Elementality will be distributed as a free DVD and online at www.elementskateboards.com.

Elementality Volume Two features the first full-length video part from Element Am, Dallas Rockvam, a team montage, a tour through Bam Margera’s personal board collection, Brent Atchley’s Pro debut video part, behind the scenes of a DelphixElement art show, and much more.

In addition to the projects currently in production, Element Audio Visual has begun the pre-production of Element Skateboards next team video scheduled to release on June 21, 2007 – Go Skateboarding Day, watch the Element video at night.

About Element Skateboards: In 1992 the Element seed was planted. Our goal was simple, to be the best we could be, in the most honest and ethical way possible. We joined together to elevate what we all truly believe in. Today, we continue to create the art, direction and message on a constant path to bring progress to skateboarding. We are more than a business; we are a family, all on the same journey for the growth with-in ourselves, Element and all that surrounds us.
