San Juan wants your ideas for new skate park

San Juan Capistrano is considering a new skate park to give children a place to skateboard.

A workshop to gather ideas for the park is scheduled for 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Community Center, 25925 Camino del Avion.

Residents of all ages are encouraged to share ideas for the park’s design. The workshop will include a tour of a proposed park location near the Community Center, plus round-table discussions.
