It’s an older man limited flbexaility two plane swing . You got lost on the up and down stuff. His terms are missleading compaired to how others use the same term. He doesn’t like a forced cock ( who does) and does not like much rotation. D.J. does the same swing as Don but with a foot more height and a skinny young body. It’s a high two plane limited turn. No big deal and nothing new.
