Classic PJ

Joe Krolick put together another batch of old skate footage, this time it’s of PJ Ladd. Long before his Plan B days, even before Flip Skateboards, PJ was getting hooked up by Element. Most of this footage is from those days.

PJ came into the spotlight mainly due to his part in PJ Ladd’s Wonderful Horrible Life, a shop video from Coliseum Skate Shop out of the Boston area. This was before the days of YouTube super stardom, and someone blowing up so quickly from a part in a shop video was downright shocking.

Most of the footage in this episode of Skateboarding Classic Clips comes from an Element tour, probably for an old issue of 411. Remember those? Anyway, thanks to Krolick for putting together another sick edit.
