    When an athlete begnis to enter anaerobic exercise range his muscles begin to pain slightly. A hockey player’s efficiency decreases very rapidly once his energy enters this phase. Through experience he knows that if he doesn’t get off the ice before this starts he won’t be ready as soon as he is needed again.Rebound from aerobic energy is quick from anaerobic much slower.
