It’s just like with guns: email doesn’t waste time, people do.Time-wasting email is no ifdferent than time-wasting faxes, phone calls and visitors. Sure, email enables the time wasters, but just ignore them and delete their stuff, or better yet, create an auto-reply rule that sends them back random hyperlinks to keep them busy.
