Van Wastell’s family and friends gathered this past Saturday night at Skatelab skatepark, where Van was a local, to pay tribute and remember their friend, brother and son with “Forever Young: A Tribute To Van Wastell.” It was an amazing night filled with good skating, good friends and great memories of Van.
This past year I started working for Skateboarder. That had been my dream for a long time. Here’s some of my favorite photos I shot this year in chronological order. It starts with some photos around LA, then a Stereo trip to Arizona, a few more LA photos and some flicks from a trip to Kansas City.
